Lynne is finally home and resting. She had a good final night with pain under control. Some increased pain and anxiety upon hospital release. We got to the PET scan center and through the procedure ok. Great care all around! Results should be in by tomorrow morning.
James and Lynn, I just became aware of your hardships tonight. This hits home for me as I had a recent health scare of abdominal pain that I feared would lead to a difficult diagnosis. I had to wait 3 weeks for a sonogram but so far everything is ruled fine. But b/c of that I just feel for you so much.
ReplyDeleteI will be praying for you all. We have fond memories of our times together at WEFC and of our boys enjoying each other. We recently made a big move to southern Indiana, and I thought of you during that time and of your big move back east.
My favorite phrase right now when confronted with difficult situations is "But God!!" Things might look one way or look very difficult. But God! He is the one who can change everything and we have His promise that we will never, ever be alone in life's trials. He is with you every moment. I pray you feel His presence and are comforted.

Welcome back home. So glad you are back at home with each other. Lynne..your are on my heart and mind frequently throughout the day...and into wee hours of the morning often. I'm so glad your care was good. It breaks my heart the intensity of the pain you are dealing with. I just love you so much my friend and believe that you will come forth as gold. Continue to hold fast.
